I am a passionate techie and IoT advocate who also loves to to run, take photos, cook, and in general, loves life. This blog covers a mix of things that are of great interest to me, both in technology and personal areas of interest, where I feel I can be creative and explore ideas I come up with.

Jeffrey Cooper

I’ve worked in tech my entire adult life, and particularly focus on areas of technology that intersect with Humans or other actors (responsive systems). My background in electrical engineering, software development, and business development, give me a holistic view of systems and how they should work.

On the home front, I love to work out at the gym, and in particular, go running- Outdoors. I personally don’t like treadmills, and would rather run outside in a cold rain or sleet that run inside. It’s fun, and I live in a beautiful area to run outdoors- Santa Cruz, CA.

Additionally I love, Photography, in which 3D is a particular specialty. In a past life when I had more time, I devoted much energy to this passion. But with a long commute, prioritizing working out, and spending time with my wife, I don’t take as many 3D photos as I used to, unfortunately. With cell phone cameras being so relatively good now, I take most of my photos on those, even though DSLRs are still much, much better.

Enjoy, and comment if you like. You can read more about my skills here and see my portfolio here.
